Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and should have excellent organization skills and be able to work well under pressure. The Candidate should be able to uphold the company image as it is a frontline position.

Duties :

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Manage the Business Whatsapp 

 

• Organize and schedule appointments

 

• Customer, supplier & Transporter liaison

 

• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

 

• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms

 

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

 

• Develop and maintain a filing system

 

• Process credit application forms

 

• Assist with dept collection

 

• Quotations

 

• Invoicing
