A client is looking for a well-organised Head of Operations to handle the day-to-day operations of the company. As a Head of Department, you should demonstrate solid leadership and analytical skills.

To be a successful candidate for this position, you should demonstrate solid skills in Management, Global Business Development, Payments, Billing, Product Lunch and also have a strong IT background in troubleshooting network/ IT problems. You should also have a very good knowledge of local regulations and reporting obligations for FSC.

 

Requirements/Skills Experience:

  • University/College degree; Degree in Systems Design / IT or Business Administration / Project Management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage;

  • Masters degree on above fields will be considered as advantage;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track report on progress;

  • Previous experience in any Payment provider/Bank institution will be considered as a significant advantage;

  • Previous experience with implementing payment solutions, payment services (internet-acquiring ) bank acquirers partners for B2B will be considered as a significant advantage;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on operations position;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on troubleshooting network/IT problems;

  • Demonstration skills in Global Business Development, Payments, - Billing and Product Launch and Management from previous employment.

  • Very good knowledge of local regulations and reporting obligations for FSC;

Responsibilities:

  • Handing day-to-day operations of the company;

  • Reporting obligations of the company;

  • Ensuring smooth running of operations and administrative tasks in the company;

  • Ad-hearing to requirements from regulatory authorities;

  • Communicating with all stakeholders within the company;

  • Participating in expansion plans (services, products) of the company;

  • Communicating with local providers/partners;

  • Integration with local financial partners;

  • Forming and leading operational teams inside the company.
