We are looking for a junior recruitment specialist to join our company. You will be responsible to facilitate the recruitment process. Seize this opportunity to further enhance your recruiter skills and work with a dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Building of candidate communities through various sources, CV sifting, completing pre-screening calls with candidates

  • Proactively sourcing for key functions through effective advertisement, sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies

  • Following and advising on recruitment best practice

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum HSC with experience

  • Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word,Excel)

  • Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in HR or Management
