A Management consultancy is looking for a leader in Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Responsibilities will include developing plans to help establish their brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.




Digital Marketing


  • Oversee the formulation of social media strategies and their implementation with team members/agencies

  • Develop and manage marketing activations and recruitment campaigns

  • Write and optimize content for the website(s) and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Oversee and coordinate advert management especially in terms of interactions

  • Content drafting for email marketing campaigns, tweets, blogs, our website(s), etc.

  • Liaise and build relationships with key authorities for influence. You are expected to be the main point of contact for these authorities

  • Proactively manage online platforms, e.g. Bitrix24, OpenCATS and other ones that are relevant to your scope of duties

  • Coach and train colleagues as and when required on digital and social media related work

  • Attend product launches and networking events


HR and Recruitment


  • Act as the point of

  • Provide high standards of customer

  • Become up to speed and in a position to assist peers in all recruitment related functions of the operation within the first six weeks of service

  • Active participation in recruitment efforts from manpower planning, posting job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, head hunting, etc.

  • Ensure background and reference checks are suitably conducted

  • Maintain accurate reporting, record keeping, filing and databases in a tidy and structured manner

  • Achieve set targets across your scope of duties

  • Communicating and ensuring understanding of functional or departmental goals

  • Providing coaching and performance feedback to team members

  • Monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets

  • Identifying the need for corrective actions

  • Evaluating your team and individual performance and delivering performance reviews

  • Providing reports on productivity and other performance indicators to management


Project Management


  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to secure, retain, and grow business opportunities

  • Coordinate business generation activities including our online digital strategy

  • Build business relationships with current and potential stakeholders

  • Collaborate with management on goal setting, planning, and forecasting

  • Ensuring projects meet set budgets

  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, etc

  • Maintain a pipeline of all potential business partners and sales prospects

  • Effective record keeping

  • Maintain short- and long-term business development plans

  • Meet or exceeding annual targets  


Marketing, Sales and Communications


  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, trade fairs, references, conferences, etc.

  • Close sales and working with leadership through closing processes

  • Respond to client requests for proposals

  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions

  • Create and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients

  • Maintain a database of prospective client information

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients


Management of employees


  • Line and task manage team members

  • Line and task manage existing or new recruits assigned to projects you manage
