Our client is looking for an efficient, courteous receptionist who possesses excellent customer service skills. You should be welcoming, responsible, attentive to customer needs and committed to providing excellent service.


Main responsibilities:


  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Notifies employees of visitor arrival.

  • Operates telecommunications system.

  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.

  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.

  • Directing visitors to the meeting rooms as required.

  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area.



  • TY

  • Familiarity with phone systems

  • Microsoft Office software preferred
