Booking Coordinator -

 

 

Main Objectives of this position:

 

Attending customer request and processing the booking by retrieving rates, analyzing inventory level and FPLE as per preferred routing for quality and timely service.

 

Industry Knowledge

  •  5 years industry experience in transportation industry

  •  Expert knowledge of Documentation required

  •  Extensive background in handling customer documentation required

  •  Management experience required Business Systems/IT

  •  Expert knowledge of user application systems (FIS, MS Office, Word, Excel)

 

Documentation Coordinator

 

 

Main Objectives of this position:

 

To ensure complete customer satisfaction by producing accurate and timely documentation.

 

Main Tasks

  • Attend to customer request over phone and email, politely and timely

  • Prompt handling of customer queries in common mail box

  • Handling changes and/or corrections to bills of lading and/or corrections to the bills of lading that at are required based on customer feedback and/or government regulations

  • Handling urgent SWB request from customers.

  • Ensure doc complete KPI is met

  • Attend to all internal and external email promptly

 

Industry Knowledge

  • 5+ years industry experience in transportation industry

  • Expert knowledge of Documentation required

  • Extensive background in handling customer documentation required

  • Commitment to deliver excellence in documentation

  • Attention to detail

  • Management experience required

 

Import Coordinator -

 

 

Main Objectives of this position:

 

The Customer Service Import Coordinator is the main entry point for all Import related matters and is often the first and main contact that the Customer has with the company.

 

Main Tasks

 

  • Effective Communication with Customer through email and telephone.

  • Handling of customer Queries and “problem” solving aligned to our goal to be No. 1 for Quality.

  • Vessel Preparation and IGM Filing according to local Customs and Internal Process guidelines.

  • Oversee and support import vessel preparation and readiness for back office tasks.

  • Monitor and issue Invoices within the TAT and responsible for complete process handling of the OUFC.

  • Handling of Credit Notes, Invoice Cancellations with in the control guidelines.

  • Handling of Free invoicing, and GSC Invoicing Handovers.

  • End to End process responsibility of Dispute Management

Industry Knowledge

  • 2+ years industry and management experience in transportation industry

  • Overall expert knowledge of the Import process

  • Understanding of IGM, Invoicing and Delivery order functions
