1. DEBT COLLECTOR / ACCOUNTANT :

 

Main Duties

 

The debt collector is responsible for soliciting payment from customers who have overdue bills. The target is to maintian good customer relations with borrowers in order to effectively resolve account delinquency and to prevent losses. Responsibilities within the company will be added to this position with continued experience and growth.

  • Locate and monitor overdue accounts

  • Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow

  • Maintain debtor's book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest

  • Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment

  • Close a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet assigned target

  • Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and collection strategies

  • Assist the company to take legal action against debtors by providing necessary information

  • Reconcile accounts at the client's premises

  • Notify credit departments and turn over account records to credit insurers when customers fail to respond to collection attempts. Follow up with insurers.

  • Monitor the sales limits and credit limits

  • Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

  • Compute taxes owed ad prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements

  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

  • Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers

  • Recommend actions to resolve discreptancies

  • Any other duties that my be allocated to you from time to time

2. AFTER SALES SUPPORT CLERK:

 

Main Duties

You'll be answering customer phone calls, dealing with customer service inquiries, arranging sales appointments, providing information to the sales team, creating and processing sales orders and managing customer accounts .

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • IT Literate
