This is an interesting position for candidates wishing to gain experience in accounting department.

 

2 Positions: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES

 

1. Accounts Receivables :

 

Main Duties

  • Responsible for maintenance of the debtors’ ledger

  • To issue monthly customers statement of accounts

  • To issue reminders to customers for outstanding invoices as and when required

  • To prepare monthly report of aged debtors for our working capital monthly report

  • Any other duties as may deem fit by the Chief Accountant

 

2. Accounts Payable :

 

Main Duties

  • Set invoices up for payment

  • Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests

  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions

  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
