We are looking for an administrative officer to join our team and support our daily procedures. The admin officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. You will be required to manage all office duties and take on ad - hoc tasks as and when needed .
Fluent in English & French (written & spoken)
Good communication skills
Good telephone skills
Good organisational & planning skills
Exposure of a wide range of admin duties is a definite advantage.
Diploma / Degree in communication
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
Microsoft office suite skills
