We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for preparing and uploading all invoices and maintaining a balanced set of books as well as general office administrative and debtors tracking duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, diplomatic and have a good analytical thinking alongside good communication skills.





  • Upload invoices on system

  • Track debtors

  • Account payable

  • Record keeping

  • Phone Hotels (clients) and debtors

  • Emailing

  • Admin task


Qualifications and Experiences


  • Good communication and people skills, must be proficient in English\French (Written and Oral)

  • Minimum two to three years experience

  • Multi-tasking

  • Numerical skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Phone skills

  • Humble personality

  • Diplomatic

  • Organized
