Our client is looking for an office coordinator to manage the various office and administrative tasks on a day to day basis. The candidate should be very organized and level headed and will have to ensure that the office operations run smoothly at all times






  • Maintenance of logistics and internal premises

  • Management of groceries and stationery of the office

  • Provide assistance for record keeping and filing

  • Reporting to the Senior Management



Qualifications and Experience


  • Minimum HSC holder

  • Relevant Managerial qualification

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in English and French (written & spoken)
